I find Cinnabon to be an affront to the natural order of things. Cinnamon buns should be a delicious pastiche of flavours and textures. Rather than a sugery gooey disaster. I took it upon myself to create my own. I went with a yeast free recipe due to not having a lot of time to devote to the venture.It did work out really well. I froze the majority of them and have found that they are a very nice after being lightly toasted.
