Yesterday’s Beer January 25 2012
For a beer lover I’m a lucky boy. I live in Toronto which has a lot of good craft beer and is a hub city so good beer from around the world gets exported here. Over the last few years I’ve met tonnes of great industry people and beer enthusiasts and have shared drinks with all of them. While persistently financially pitiable I always have something interesting at home beer wise and pick myself up and get out to all kinds of events. One of those events was the Bar Volo engineered Cask Days. Which was partly sponsored by Fullers out of England. I’m quite confident in saying that Fullers does not make anything but fabulous beer. The casked London Porter is a beer of dreams. All the ones I had at Cask Days were delicious. My beer last night was no exemption. I had myself a can of Fullers London Pride Outstanding Premium Ale. It was fantastic. Cold from my fridge, the smooth chilled beer was a great accompaniment to my hectic night. Baking Banana bread, cleaning and trying to sort out the first torrent of posts for January. London Pride should be a staple, an elegant beer and joyous drinking experience.
But, don’t take my word for it. Drink the Beer!
