June 08 Took the Megabus out to Montreal from Toronto. While it’s good inexpensive option. It’s not the most comfortable thing in the world. So taking the red eye bus left me with about three hours of sleep. Which in turn left me very disoriented when the bus pulled into the newly opened bus station. Brews and Bands - Casbah Lounge Hamilton June 2...
I joined Black Oak Brewing for Hamilton’s Casbah Lounges Brew and Band fest. We were there with our fantastic Pale ale and Summer Saison. There was all kinds of great craft beer. The only band I saw was a bit of the Sadies set but it was a fun idea.

TBL - Great Lakes Brewing's 9th Annual BBQ May 26...
Beautiful day for Great Lakes Brewing’s 9th annual BBQ. As well as another wonderful celebration of Great Lakes twenty five years making fantastic local beer.
Held on the green space out front of the brewery the BBQ was well received with all kinds of people and this being family friendly event all kinds of little people running around under foot. I think this is my third Great Lakes BBQ...

Yesterday's Beer June 6 2012
I’ve mentioned this one before. I think it’s my last bottle but it has been available in GTA beer stores and at LCBO’s. The Paddock Wood 606 Pale ale has been a pleasant surprise as far as trying new beers. Refreshing and drinkable and a floral aroma that I’ve dreamt about as I’ve slogged through a work day.
But, don’t take my word for it. Drink the beer!
